Old Journal Entries
These are some journal entries from Febraury – early March. The last two images are from after I got diagnosed with Bipolar 2 Disorder and started my new medication!
Image 1: I was trying to understand my brain and all the thoughts I have so I color-coded my thoughts (my psychiatrist really liked this!). Maroon is for my positive thoughts, blue is for the negative thoughts, and green is for the questions I ask myself. The brain is divided up into sections of what my life is consumed up by, basically the important things to me. Then there’s open mouth with pills falling into it, that’s me.
Images 2 and 3: I was having a really hard day and these are basically some pretty normal negative things I used to tell myself.
Image 4: Changes I’ve made in my life, which are a lot!
Image 5: My medication/vitamins list to share with my doctors.
Image 6: Me talking briefly of how my meds affect me and a graph of my mood changes that I experienced before/after therapy with my dad. But that’s usually how my moods are anyways. That was just a rough time.
Btw for my fellow Bipolar people, it is extremely beneficial to track your moods!!! Trust me, that was something that helped me so much.
